1. FREE INSURED SHIPPING

We are proud to offer FREE Insured Shipping on all orders within the United States. Every package is tracked and insured against loss or damage during transit to give you total peace of mind.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

To ensure the best value for our customers, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers.

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Quality check & packaging).

• Shipping Time: 7-15 business days.

Please note: While most orders arrive within 10-12 days, occasional customs delays or peak seasons may extend delivery slightly.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on our website or via the USPS/carrier portal.

4. NO BATTERIES INCLUDED

To comply with international air freight safety regulations and ensure the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep, our Heartbeat Soothing Sheep does not include batteries. It requires 2x AAA batteries to activate the heartbeat module.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KindredPaws™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
